My counselor told me this week a brilliant idea about habits:
“Instead of being all or nothing, what is today’s version of
You as a good friend?
You as someone working on their health?
You as productive yet present?”
Every day isn’t a home run. Habits are about showing up consistently instead. Maybe this idea helps you also figure out what today’s version of your goal looks like, daily. Found it incredibly helpful.
