Ask Your Parents to Write a Cookbook

My parents gave a homemade cookbook as a Christmas present one year to their adult children. They wrote down the family’s favorite recipes along with stories about the food. It’s a bunch of inkjet printed pages in a three-ring binder and it is these many years later one of my most treasured possessions. The right parents will have a blast making these, too.
